mCRM KAPID is invite-based. New teammates join with a secure link from their organization—or use an invitation email you have already received.

If your administrator sent you an invitation, open that email and use the link inside. It will take you to the invitation page to set your password and join your workspace.

Tip: invitation URLs include a token query parameter. Paste your full invite URL in the browser if you were only given a token.
